SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping will be invoiced after the purchase of the artwork. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your location. All artwork will be
send by Canada Post or UPS
Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.
*During busy sale periods there may be delays in dispatching, allow 3-5 days for handling and packaging and another 5-7 business days for shipping in Canada. Anywhere else in the world allow 3-4 weeks for shipping and handling.
*Please note that there are longer than usual delivery times in the Canada Post delivery network and delays may occur.
The packaging of your product will depend on its size and physical form. Some products will be carefully rolled up and packaged in a hard tube; others might be packaged in hard boxes, wrapped in bubble wrap and protected with shrink wrap. For extra large originals we will carefully remove the canvas from the frame and package it in a hard tube for shipping.
It will be your responsibility to take the canvases to your local art store and have it stretched back onto a frame. If you have any concerns or questions regarding packaging of your product please contact Paulina directly.
There is a handling flat fee of $25 for all products. This will be added to your bill at checkout.
The post office is taking a long time, where is my order?
The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by Canada Post’s tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in Invermere, B.C. Canada and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. All sales are final.
We are unable to ship your orders twice for free. If your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrect, or customs and import duties were not paid, it will be your responsibility to pay for shipping and handling cost of your returned product.
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, but you can expect anywhere between $30 -$300 CAD depending on your location.
All SALES ON ARTWORK ARE FINAL.
If your product/products appears to be broken or damaged in any way upon arrival and you wish to make a complaint, contact us withing 12 hours with details, pictures and any additional information that we might need. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If the product/products have been damaged during shipping by Canada Post or UPS, there is insurance included in shipping the parcel and we will make a claim by producing photographs of the damaged package and/or product. This process might take time so your patience is much appreciated.
Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in person. Our artwork is professionally photographed and we try to show our artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what contrast, color settings and brightness you may have on your screen the photographs can vary from the original painting. We do not offer returns or refunds on purchases if you should change your mind.
Before committing financially to original artwork we are happy to email you many photographs and a short video of the artwork to make sure you are satisfied with your new purchase. If you would like to view original artwork in person, we can schedule a private viewing at the Art Studio in Invermere, B.C. We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy!
Your commissioned artwork is created specifically for you. With the notes made during our consultation, I will do my very best to create a piece of original artwork that you will love. Before I put on the final coat of varnish, you will have an opportunity to view the piece and make any last minute changes so you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. There will be no exchanges, refunds or returns for commissioned work unless it is damaged during the shipping process. In case of damaged product during shipping, please contact us immediately after receiving it and we will begin an insurance claim with the Canada Post or UPS.
